Who is responsible

This website is operated by LORDiFY, a brand run by its founder, Fadi Abu Hweij. For any question about your data, use the contact page.

What is collected

• Inquiry form: your name, the email address or phone number you give, your message, and the service or package you asked about.
• Technical details sent with an inquiry: the page it was sent from, the site you came from, campaign tags in the link, your browser type, and a one-way hash of your IP address used to limit abuse. The IP address itself is not stored.
• Server logs: standard request logs kept by the hosting and security providers to keep the site available and safe.

Why it is used

Your details are used only to reply to your inquiry and to prepare an offer if you ask for one. They are not sold, and no newsletter is sent.

Advertising measurement

Only if you accept marketing cookies, the site uses the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure how its ads perform. In that case Meta receives page-view events and, when you send an inquiry, a “Lead” event containing your email address and phone number in hashed form, your IP address and your browser type. Your message is never sent to Meta. You can withdraw consent at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.

How long it is kept

Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and any work that follows, then deleted. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.

Who processes it

Data is processed by the hosting provider, by Cloudflare (delivery and protection), by the services that deliver inquiry notifications, and by Meta only as described above.

You may ask to see, correct or delete the data held about you, or object to its use. Send your request through the contact page.
