Prestige Funding — AI assistant on Telegram
The platform’s automated assistant on Telegram, connected to Anthropic’s Claude. It answers members in Arabic, English and Brazilian Portuguese from the platform’s trusted information — FAQ, legal pages, service status and the member’s own figures — with handoff to a person when needed and a daily cost cap.

The challenge
Answer members’ questions around the clock in three languages without the AI inventing a figure or promising profit, without asking for secrets or revealing one member’s data to another, and with costs kept under control.
What I did
• Telegram bot on a signed webhook, with duplicate protection and its own queue.
• About 33 question types understood by rules at no cost — even several in one message — with answers per member role.
• Anthropic’s Claude connected to a knowledge base of the FAQ, legal pages and live service status, with prompt caching.
• Read-only access to the member’s data, and a guard that drops any reply carrying a figure not found in the trusted information.
• Account linking from the website with a one-time link valid for 10 minutes, and /forgetme to erase the chat.
• Handoff to the member’s account manager or to support, and fixed answers when the provider fails or the budget runs out.
• Admin control panel and reports for messages, cost, latency and handoffs, with daily message and spend limits.
• Safety and red-team tests against invented figures and hidden instructions.
The solution
The core rule: the platform decides the facts and the AI only words them. Answers and figures are prepared from the platform’s data first, then Claude writes a short, natural reply in the member’s language, and every reply passes one gate before it is sent. If the provider fails or spending reaches its daily cap, the assistant carries on with its fixed answers instead of going quiet.
