The challenge
Sell an apartment directly from the owner through a short ad that answers a buyer’s questions before they call: location, floor, finishing, furniture and appliances, and paperwork.
What I did
• Ad script and voiceover in Egyptian Arabic.
• Editing the apartment footage room by room, with background music.
• On-screen text for every line, and the Property Plus logo throughout.
• Vertical 1080 × 1920 version for reels and stories.
The solution
The video opens with the price at the apartment door, then walks the viewer through it in viewing order, putting each feature on screen as it appears, and ends on the sea view. Music: Pufino — Enlivening (Free To Use). In the portfolio version the owner’s phone number is hidden from both picture and sound.
