Tamkeen Al-Mutaqaideen — promo reel for Social Security retirees
A 40-second vertical promo video for Tamkeen Al-Mutaqaideen in Jordan, with a Jordanian-Arabic voiceover and on-screen captions: an offer for Social Security retirees that settles what is left of purchase-instalment programmes and reschedules it at a lighter or the same instalment, then the cash in hand, ending with the logo and a call to phone.
-
The challenge
Explain a financial offer to an audience of retirees within seconds on a phone screen: no small print or jargon, a message that still lands without sound, and copy that follows Meta’s advertising policies for financial services, so it never addresses the viewer about their age or debts.
-
What I did
- Ad and voiceover script in Jordanian Arabic, recorded with an AI-generated voice.
- Seven designed and animated scenes: the flag of Jordan, the logo, the instalment card with its “Paid” stamp, the current and new instalment, the banknotes, the call and the closing.
- Music and sound effects made for the video, and the sound mix.
- Arabic captions in the video, lighting up each word as it is spoken.
- Vertical 1080 × 1920 delivery, the post caption and the Messenger auto-reply.

The solution
The client’s navy and gold from its logo, with the flag of Jordan and the Amman skyline, and seven scenes that follow the voice word by word: each idea it says appears as a simple drawing — the instalments ticked off and stamped “Paid”, the new instalment’s bar dropping, the banknotes fanning out. Text stays inside the reels safe zone, the words describe the offer without addressing the viewer’s personal attributes, and “Terms and conditions apply” is on screen. The banknotes are an illustration, not a copy of the real currency. In this copy the client’s phone number is hidden from both picture and sound.
